Orders Shipping and Returns

All persons are required to be 18 years of age or older to order our products!

Ordering
All orders completed from our site are shipped via Amazon.com Fulfillment Services; your package will ship in a discreet Amazon.com box.  Once an order is placed, you will receive an initial email with the order receipt.  A second email will be sent with your assigned tracking number once the order has been completed and shipped. Notice: Sometimes an additional 24-48 hours before UPS.com or USPS.com will be able to offer accurate tracking information.

Important: Please make sure that you accurately type in all of your shipping information including your email address.  If we don’t have all of your correct information, you will not receive proper shipping confirmation.

We use Shopify Payments powered by Stripe and PayPal Express as our payment gateway which enables us to accept credit card and electronic check payments.

Returns

We suggest that if you have to return items you return products via a shipping method that uses tracking information.

Items that are unopened and unused can be returned for product value. We will NOT accept opened/used items for return. All items must be returned within 10 days from the date that product was received from customer.

You must contact us for a RMA number to return unopened merchandise before you send the item(s) back to us. We cannot accept returned merchandise that arrives without an RMA number on the outside of the package!

Defective or incorrect item(s)
Please contact us via the “Contact Us” section.
Notice: You must contact us within 10 days of delivery for us to replace a defective/incorrect item. After 10 days we will not replace nor refund defective/incorrect items.

Unopened item(s) Product refund

What is an unopened item?  An item that still has the factory sticker attached, and an item that shows no visible use to it.  Once your item has been received, it will be inspected.  Once determined that it has not been used you will be reimbursed back to your credit card for the purchase price of the item minus the original shipping fee.

Please contact us to obtain an RMA number. We do not cover the shipping costs for returning an order to us. After we receive your return and inspect the returned merchandise, we will reimburse your credit card for the purchase price of the item as long as the product is unopened and/or unused, minus the original shipping fee.
Notice: Please allow 10 business days from the time we receive your item to process your return.

Important:  An RMA number must be present on the outside of the returned package.
