Ordering
All orders completed from our site are shipped via Amazon.com Fulfillment Services; your package will ship in a discreet Amazon.com box. Once an order is placed, you will receive an initial email with the order receipt. A second email will be sent with your assigned tracking number once the order has been completed and shipped. Notice: Sometimes an additional 24-48 hours before UPS.com or USPS.com will be able to offer accurate tracking information.

Important: Please make sure that you accurately type in all of your shipping information, including your email address. If we don’t have all of your correct information, you will not receive a proper shipping confirmation.

Returns

All returns are done through Amazon.com

You must contact Amazon for a RMA number to return unopened merchandise before you send the item(s) back to us. We cannot accept returned merchandise that arrives without an RMA number on the outside of the package!

Defective or incorrect item(s)
Please contact Amazon.com
Notice: You must contact us within 10 days of delivery for us to replace a defective/incorrect item. After 10 days we will not replace nor refund defective/incorrect items.
